School Faculty
The purpose of education is not just to reform students or amuse them, or to make them expert technicians. It is to unsettle their minds, widen their horizons, inflame their intellects, and teach them to think straight.
S.L. Bajoria Foundation High School has a team of well qualified teachers who create a motivational environment for the students. The student’s commendable performance both in scholastic and co- scholastic subjects is a living testimonial of the teacher’s constant endeavour to bring out the best in our students
The lively world of S. L. Bajoria Foundation High School flourishes on the positive interaction between teachers and its pupils. The school’s objective is to ensure that the teaching-learning process across classrooms stays ahead of the changing times and trends. Throughout the year, teachers upgrade themselves through a series of online and offline workshops, seminars, conferences, training programmes, certification courses and skill-enhancing practices. In this way they stop being simply curriculum facilitators, resulting in interactive and meaningful sessions with pupils, leaving a lasting impression on the young minds which help them to be attuned in handling the demands of modern life.
Subject based workshops, conducted by eminent educationists and resource persons; help the teachers to explore the evaluation pattern in the changing syllabi. Faculties for all subjects attend such enriching training sessions. All these courses enhance the core competence of the faculty which, in turn, is reflected in the smart and confident way they mentor their students. Our objective is to give teachers a vision to make learning and evaluation more flexible and make the students future ready.
